We've spent the last several months cooped up in the house, experimenting with our cooking skills or ordering take-out from local restaurants —  getting "all dolled up for a night on the town" is distant memory, but one many of us have looked forward to. And if you're one of the many folks ready for an upscale experience after a rather long period of couch eating, your wishes have been granted.

After temporarily closing their dining spaces due to the coronavirus pandemic, Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment will be opening The Precinct, Carlo & Johnny and Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse on June 3, and have already begun taking reservations

“We are all so excited to welcome back our team members and guests," Britney Ruby Miller, CEO of Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment said in a release.

"Things may look a bit different as we build on our existing industry-leading processes to provide a safe environment. One thing will never change, though, and that is our commitment to delivering an incomparable, safe, dining experience.”

Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment restaurants all have guidelines in place to ensure the safety of their guests, some of which include:

  • Certifying front of house managers, back of house managers and corporate operations member with Level 2 ServSafe certificates
  • No walk-in seating — both tables and bar require reservations
  • Total guest capacity reduced and floor layout reconfigured to allow for optimum social distancing
  • Parties must be limited to 10 guests or less
  • Restaurant staff will be wearing masks (unless exempt for safety reasons)
  • Cleaning between guests and using Monday closure for deep cleanings
  • Symptom screening for employees

In addition to dining in, the restaurant will offer curbside carry-out and their meal kits to-go (at The Precinct and Carlo & Johnny).
