Sunday brunch parties are back at Crown Republic Gastropub, starting this Sunday, June 14. The downtown eatery is taking it back a few decades to transform into a weekly ’90s-themed destination with boozy breakfast bevs, nostalgic jams and festive menu names.
From 11 a.m.-3 p.m. every Sunday, brunch lovers and ’90s fanatics can make their way to the restaurant to enjoy Hypnotize mimosas and brunchy bites like the Big Papa Burrito with queso fundido, cheesy eggs, pico de gallo, chicken tinga mozzarella and cheddar; or the Boys II Maple Pancakes with strawberries, maple and honey butter.
If mimosas aren’t your thing, you can wash down your eats with a bloody mary, topped with a gobbet slider, bacon, celery and olive.
