Graeter's Ice Cream's Passion Fruit Guava Sorbet

Graeter's Ice Cream has announced the final of five limited-time bonus flavors, and this one makes us want to devour it while lying on a beach somewhere.

The local favorite French pot ice cream maker has released four other secret bonus flavors this summer, and it just unveiled the last one: Passion Fruit Guava Sorbet. Graeter’s says this creation is made with a passion fruit and sweet guava puree and calls it "so refreshing." And because it's a sorbet, that means there's no dairy in it.

Each bonus flavor remains a secret until the day of its release, and will only be available for a limited time. Graeter's says, "Once the flavor is gone from scoop shops and online, the flavor is retired for the year."

Graeter’s Ice Cream Releases 2023's Fourth of Five Limited-Time Bonus Flavors: Buttery Popcorn features a sweet and salty ice cream base filled with crunchy popcorn clusters.

Graeter's released the first bonus flavor, Dough’licious — a caramel brownie batter ice cream loaded with peanut butter dough, cookie dough and brownie pieces — in May, followed by the sweet and spicy Hot Honey Crunch and Lemon Meringue Pie in June and Buttery Popcorn in July.
