No-fucks-given tattooed Canadian TV chef and content creator Matty Matheson — sort of like an Anthony Bourdain for the internet — has either elated or confused his Instagram followers by posting a photo of a pile of spaghetti topped with meat and orange cheese.
Currently the host of Matty and Benny Eat Out America on YouTube with singer/songwriter/producer/internet personality Benny Blanco, Matheson is pretty unapologetically authentic when interacting and posting to his social media (that's why people like him).
And while in quarantine, he's been sharing photos of his various dinners on Instagram and Twitter, asking followers what they're eating/making/etc.
For example:

So in reaction to his post of what is obviously a 3-Way, many began just tagging Skyline Chili, showcasing the fact that they knew it was Cincinnati-style chili or just calling out Ohio or Cincinnati in general.
Someone who has obviously never been to Ohio suggested this was a very Canadian dish. Although, to be fair, poutine — classic Canadian cuisine — is kind of like a 3-Way: starchy base, wet meaty gravy stuff, cheese.
Others were confused by the milk comment. And still others wondered why cheddar versus parmesan on spaghetti?
There was also the requisite Skyline vs. Goldstar comment.
And a very Cincinnati Who-Dey.
