Rock icon and venerable guitar god Jack White needs no introduction.
He — of the White Stripes, The Raconteurs (featuring hometown heroes and former Greenhornes "Little" Jack Lawrence and drummer Patrick Keeler) and multiple other music projects — is stopping by the ICON Music Center on April 13 as part of his Supply Chain Issues Tour.
This will be White's first headlining jaunt in four years. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 17 at ticketmaster.com and ICONMusicCenter.com. Citi cardmembers can get presale tickets from 10 a.m. Dec. 14 to 10 p.m. Dec. 16 at citientertainment.
White has two new upcoming albums slated for release on his Third Man Records: Fear of the Dawn (April 18) and Entering Heaven Alive (July 22). Both are available for pre-order at Third Man Records, including special colored vinyl variants of Fear of the Dawn (variants will also be available later for Entering Heaven Alive).
White released "Taking Me Back," the first single off Fear of the Dawn, earlier this fall, with a video directed by himself and Lauren Dunn (who has worked with Megan Thee Stallion and Kali Uchis). Rolling Stone says the track "finds White in his wheelhouse of percussive, blown-out Rock & Roll."
Listen for yourself below. (And if you happen to be in Nashville on Dec. 11, stop by Third Man's Cass Corridor or London location to try to snag a limited-edition tri-color 7-inch of the single. )
