Big "Get Stuffed on Local Music" Concert Returns for Pre-Turkey Day Bash

The annual Thanksgiving Eve show at Southgate House Revival will feature The Tammy WhyNots, Calumet, The Ophelias, Lost Coast, Chelsea Ford and The Trouble, Veronica Grim and much more

Before you gather with your family and/or friends this Thursday, gorge on something that won't help expand your waistline.

The annual "Get Stuffed on Local Music" concert returns for some Thanksgiving Eve (aka the busiest bar night of the year) musical merriment on two stages at the Southgate House Revival in Newport this week.

As the name suggests, "Get Stuffed" is always a good chance to check out a wealth of great local artists. This year's lineup includes lots of excellent and diverse Americana-flavored acts (Chelsea Ford and The Trouble, Calumet, Veronic Grim, Randy Steffen), plus a nice spectrum of Rock artists and even some Caribbean/World-music-inspired sounds from the Queen City Silver Stars.

Get your tickets in advance for $10 (they'll be $12 at the door). Music begins at 7 p.m. Check the full schedule below, click the artist's name for an appetizer and find more details at the Facebook event page.
