The Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. has begun the process of accepting applications from developers interested in revitalizing 33 city-owned properties in Over-the-Rhine. On Labor Day in Milwaukee, President Obama reiterated his goal to raise the federal minimum wage and protect equal pay for women. States that have already raised minimum wages have seen more job growth than states that have not, he said.  WORLD +2
