Lace up and get your daughters registered for this fall run. For grades 3-8, this unique 5k at Sawyer Point is another program in the nonprofit Girls on the Run series of events that work to challenge and encourage young girls to focus on their individuality, strength, joy and confidence. The walk is open to all ages, genders and abilities.

Pre-race celebration starts at 8 a.m.; race begins at 10 a.m. $20-$25 registration fee. Sawyer Point, 705 E. Pete Rose Way, Downtown, gotrcincinnati.org.
