Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse seems decidedly in the latter camp, but just how funny will director Christopher Landon’s flick be with old-school support from Cloris Leachman and comedic everyman David Koechner backing up a new-school dude like Tye Sheridan who has proven to be a far more dependable dramatic player than someone most likely to save the world while wearing a bunch of merit badges?
