Chef David Falk is reopening his upscale downtown eatery Boca — with a new menu and a redesigned floor plan.

Starting Thursday, Nov. 5, guests can experience Falk’s “reinvigorated food and wine offerings;” reservations are now live on OpenTable. Note: For obvious reasons, seating will be limited.

Falk’s Boca Restaurant Group has already reopened modern Mexican eatery Nada, as well as Italian trattoria Sotto, and launched a new food delivery service called DOMO.

“Guests are craving a sense of hope and normalcy right now,” says Falk in a release. “You can either run from the challenge or face the difficulties head-on and pivot your business model to create innovative food experiences that blow people away. I felt we must choose the latter.

“Boca is the last of my concepts to re-open, and I am excited about what we have created. I have literally spent hundreds of hours rethinking the wine and food program to create a dining experience unlike any other. Ironically, this has become the Boca I’ve always dreamed of creating.”

The new menu will be fully revealed on Nov. 2 at bocacincinnati.com/menus.

“Some new offerings include a Roasted Carrot Salad with Truffle Vinaigrette & Hazelnuts, ‘American in Paris’ Ouefs Mayonnaise, and our Lamb Rack alla Plancha over Cassoulet,” says Falk. “But never fear, your favorite Boca classics like the Scallop & Brussels Sprouts, Pommes Soufflè, along with a renewed version of the Beef Wellington will still be available for you to savor.”

The new floor plan makes room for social distancing but also “still allows for an unparalleled dining experience,” according to the release. And new hours are 5-10 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.

Boca is located at 114 E. Sixth St., Downtown, bocacincinnati.com. Make a reservation at opentable.com.
