America is the best at everything, obviously, so it’s no surprise that American lamb is the best lamb in the world. Not convinced? Let some of Cincinnati’s best chefs prove it to you. Les Chefs de Cuisine of Cincinnati (also known as the American Culinary Federation of Greater Cincinnati) is joining Findlay Market, the American Lamb Board and Vertigo catering to bring the phrase “Lamb Jam” into adult conversation. The Chopped-style competition pits teams of local chefs, celebrities and culinary students against each other to see who can prepare the best lamb dish using ground lamb, a leg of lamb, a mystery ingredient basket and $50 worth of Findlay Market finds. Help pick a winner by purchasing $1 tasting tickets.
