Over-the-Rhine bar HomeMakers is whipping up some special margaritas to get your taste buds dancing this week.
HomeMakers is hosting its inaugural Margarita Week from now through Sunday, Aug. 27. Featuring a lineup of five innovative, house-made margaritas, the event celebrates the artistry of margarita-making and offers the chance to sip and savor drinks crafted to be classic-meets-contemporary.
The Margarita Week menu includes:
Watermelon Jalapeño: A blend of watermelon sweetness and a hint of jalapeño heat to spice things up.
Activated Charcoal: Mysterious and alluring, this margarita combines activated charcoal with tequila, lime, orange liqueur and hibiscus syrup.
Classic: Why mess with a good thing? This margarita is timeless, elegant and can even be served skinny.
Coffee: A buzzy, coffee-infused margarita that gets its richness from the coffee liqueur and sweetness from pineapple.
Smoked Red Pepper: Smoky red pepper intertwines with tangy lime and rhubarb to create a symphony of flavors. HomeMakers says this one was inspired by its Summer ‘22 menu classic, Over the Rio.

Along with their margarita menu, HomeMakers’ Margarita Week will also feature Taco Tuesday – the best way to enjoy margaritas – tonight at 6 p.m. with tacos from Chef Tore and a karaoke night Wednesday at 8 p.m.
