An Over-the-Rhine late-night dining option has closed without warning.

Lucky Dog, which is located at 1210 Main Street and was famous for its extensive menu available until 3 a.m., has removed all signage and graphics from its windows and the storefront is empty. It is unknown when the restaurant closed, but CityBeat can confirm it was open for business as recently as last Friday evening.
While open, the restaurant served pretty much everything you could think of, from the Cincy-style coneys that gave the place its name to wraps, tater tots, macaroni and cheese, club sandwiches, individual slices of bacon, walking tacos, double deckers, marshmallow chocolate chip peanut butter cheesecakes, slushies, milkshakes and more.
It is currently unknown why the restaurant closed — although the inside of the restaurant is completely empty, their website is no longer in service and their Instagram page has been wiped of all posts. Neighboring businesses also confirmed that Lucky Dog was permanently closed. CityBeat has reached out to ownership for comment.
