Fans of “Pride and Prejudice,” this is your moment. The second annual Jane Austen Festival returns to Cincinnati next month.

Taking place in Heritage Village—the recreation of an 1800s town with 13 historic buildings from the era, located in Sharon Woods Park—the festival will be on April 25 and 26. It will feature a day out at the Village Faire, complete with lectures, demonstrations, games, duels and a costume promenade.

New to the festival this year is an all-new lineup of workshops and demonstrations, new outdoor amusements like Regency lawn games and the “Cabinet of Curiosities.” Plus, gather at the Maypole for a May Day celebration with music and dancing.

Historical vendors will be open for business at the Meryton Shoppes, and food will be available for purchase at Pemberly Provisions & Libations. There will also be performances by the Forget-Me-Nots and Flying Cloud dance troupes, as well as music by the Drewry’s and Jim’s Red Pants.

Tickets are $25 per day and include parking. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit the festival’s official website here.
