A Greater Cincinnati nonprofit is offering Swifties a once-in-a-lifetime chance that could also help change the lives of cancer patients.
This fall, Cancer Support Community Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky (CSC) is raffling off a guitar autographed by Taylor Swift. Proceeds from the raffle will directly fund the organization’s free support groups, counseling services and resources for those impacted by cancer.
“Taylor Swift has inspired millions around the world, and now she is helping us inspire hope right here in the Tri-State,” Kelly Schoen, executive director of CSC, said in a press release. “Every ticket sold translates into vital support for families facing cancer — support groups, education, resources and a community that says, you are not alone.”
Only 250 raffle tickets will be sold. Each ticket is $50 and can be purchased here. A winner will be drawn on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 9 p.m. at CSC’s annual Stronger than Cancer Celebration at Hotel Covington, but you do not need to be present to win.
“Nearly every family is touched by cancer in some way — but together, we can turn that challenge into hope,” CSC said in the release. “This raffle isn’t just about winning a rare piece of music history; it’s about joining a movement that makes a real difference.”
