Kings Island is hosting a virtual event on National Hiring Day, March 13, with plans to hire more than 4,000 employees for the upcoming 2021 season.
In 2021, the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, the owner of Kings Island, anticipates hiring approximately 45,000 seasonal associates across all properties, the company says in a press release.
Jobs are available all throughout the park, ranging from ride operation, lifeguards, guest services, merchandise and food and beverage. Flexible schedules, discounts, free admission, and reward programs are a few of the incentives behind working for Kings Island.
The virtual event will provide candidates with information regarding possible jobs along with interviews with hiring teams. And if you land a position, Kings Island already has virtual orientation and contact-free on-boarding set up.
“Our virtual hiring day on March 13 will be a safe, informative and easy way to connect with the hiring team at Kings Island,” says vice president and general manager, Mike Koontz, in the press release.
Kings Island plans to open on May 15 to the general public. Gold and platinum pass holders can attend a park preview on May 8 or 9.
Kings Island is located in Mason, approximately 25 miles northeast of downtown Cincinnati.
