Horror icon Bruce Campbell will be bringing his special event to Cincinnati this spring.

In addition to appearing at HorrorHound Weekend at the Sharonville Convention Center Saturday and Sunday, March 25-26, Campbell will be at the Taft Theatre on Thursday, April 6, for Bruce-O-Rama, an event featuring a full audience trivia game followed by a screening of Evil Dead II. Campbell is best known for playing Ash Williams in the Evil Dead series.

The trivia game, called Last Fan Standing, will test participants’ “groovy geek” knowledge of fantasy, sci-fi, superheroes and gaming, according to a press release, and everyone in the audience will get to play . The fans who correctly answer the most questions the quickest get to go on stage with Campbell for the Final Face-Off and to be crowned the Last Fan Standing.

Before the Evil Dead II screening, Campbell will take questions, which the press release describes as, “a lively half hour of anecdotes, insults, and random cash giveaways.”

Depending on the type of ticket fans purchase for Bruce-O-Rama, they can also take home a custom, autographed event poster and portrait-grade photo with Campbell.

Tickets for the event go on sale at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.com on Friday, Jan. 13. Tickets can also be purchased at the Taft Theatre box office.
