
Looking to shop local this season? College Hill plant and lifestyle shop Fern is hosting its annual holiday market pop-up with more than a dozen Greater Cincinnati vendors.
On Sunday, Dec. 12, head to the gas-station-turned-storefront for artisan eats, jewelry, coffee, makeup and apothecary items, sustainable goods, stuff for kids, fiber art and even cocktails.
Fern lists the following participants on its event page:
- Eco Raw Studio, offering sustainable and naturally dyed goods
- Fill More Waste Less, a zero-waste refillery
- Baqette, with upcycled leather bags and more
- Proud Hound Coffee, a Silverton-based roaster
- Launch Party, which carries indie cosmetics
- Four Eyes Ceramics, which makes jewelry
- Kiki, a College Hill-based Japanese gastropub
- Fausto, the bistro from the local Ferrari brothers (they also own Mom ‘n ’em) located in the Contemporary Arts Center
- Prospect Jam Co., which crafts small-batch jams
- Sidney Cherie Studio, with handmade jewelry
- Wolfpack, an OTR boutique with a focus on ethically made goods
- Kona Goods, a vintage goods brand from the owners of Deerhaus Decor
- Handzy Shop & Studio, a colorful women’s clothing and accessories boutique
- Gumdrop Tots, the kid-focused version of Handzy
- Seedside Bakery, a vegan bakery
- Una Floral, a local floral designer
- Threadmade Goods, selling tufted rugs and wall hangings
- and Aaron Strasser, a local craft cocktail expert
The market takes place noon-5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12. Admission is free.
