As the weather turns warmer, we are all looking for excuses to get outside. And Great Parks of Hamilton County has just the thing with a series of guided, small-group wildflower walks.
The first of these two-hour walks will happen on Sunday, April 11 at 1 p.m. at the Warren Wells Preserve and Garnett Wildflower Overlook in Winton Woods. The second will be on Sunday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at Trillium Trails in Glenwood Gardens. The last of the walks will be on Sunday, May 2 starting at 1 p.m. at the Farbach-Warner Nature Preserve.
Though the walks are free, pre-registration is required at greatparks.org/calendar. Registration for each walk is required by April 9, 16 and 30, respectively.
CDC and Ohio Department of Health protocols, social distancing and sanitation recommendations will be followed.
