Somerset in Over-the-Rhine threw it back to the ’90s with its annual Halloween party on Oct. 30. Siobhan and her five-piece band performed and she had special request beforehand:

“For this night, I want everyone to dress up as their favorite ‘90s celebrity. Be in the ‘90s for the night,” she said.
