If you still can’t get enough of “Love is Blind: Ohio,” one local podcast has you covered with an upcoming live show at the Woodward Theater in Over-the-Rhine.

Lolli Nicodemus, host of the podcast “Sex & the Cincy,” will host ‘Love is Blind’ stars Connor Spies and Elissa Finley as part of her “Love on the Rocks” event on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. The headlining event is a live podcast taping with Spies and Finley about their hot takes, behind-the-scenes moments and their overall experiences on the reality dating series. Nicodemus promises that she’ll ask “the questions Netflix didn’t.”

“If you’re like me, you watched the pods. You watched the drama. You probably had a LOT to say about it,” she said in a social media post. “Now, we’re gonna have the behind-the-scenes convo, and ask the questions you’ve been dying to know the answers to.”

The evening will also include a cocktail hour, pink carpet, local vendors, a surprise performance and an interactive dating game featuring Cincinnati singles. Comedian Cody Walker will serve as emcee.

“I wanted to create an experience that feels like a night out with your besties! We’re already having conversations around Love is Blind, and our own experiences with dating, relationships; let’s just do it in a room together!” Nicodemus said in a statement. “Reality TV gives us one version of a story, but getting to hear directly from the people who lived it?! Yes please. I have a feeling we may be having an entirely different conversation than what was shown.”

Nicodemus’ podcast “Sex & the Cincy” explores modern dating, relationships and lifestyle through humorous, candid conversations with Queen City locals, and has recently expanded its podcast format into live events forged around building community.
