Celebrate eco-conscious living this month at Market Grün, a quarterly event that spotlights sustainable products.

On Friday, June 29, the Clifton Cultural Arts Center will transform into an “ecological sustainability marketplace” as the event showcases sustainable business and their practices, nature-inspired artists, photographers, nonprofits and related small businesses with a mission centered on environmental harmony.

The Market Grün organization was founded last year by Elizabeth Kalinksy & Mathew Frantz, with an intent to spotlight natural and holistic practices, medicinal plants and herbs, native plants and trees, habitat preservation, land conservation and restoration, local farms and urban agriculture. It is a spinoff of Market Bleu, the fine-art market event that’s been occurring at the Contemporary Arts Center for over eight years now.

“If this resonates with you, please join the movement and share your contribution as we grow a new eco-based community marketplace in Cincinnati,” said Kalinksy and Frantz in a statement.

The Market Grün Summer Quarter Event takes place on Friday, June 26th from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center. For more information, visit the Market Grün Instagram page.
