The Native One 1400 Vine St., Over-the-Rhine; 326 Scott Blvd., Covington Anna Steffen founded The Native One as a pop-up in 2017 when she was just 20 years old. The brick and mortar (and online) shops offer easy and affordable trend-based women’s fashion with cross-generational appeal. The stores are stuffed with everything from rompers and oversized outerwear to affordable statement footwear and lacy underpinnings. You’ll also find accessories, apothecary and home décor, including plenty of houseplants. Photo: Danielle Schuster

You know that “Shut up and take my money” scene from Futurama (or, if you’ve never seen the show, the related meme)? That’s basically us.

We love giving Cincinnati businesses all of our journalism dollars, meager as those funds may be. And thanks to the recent stimulus deposits from the U.S. government, we’ve had a little more to spread around.

Because if there’s a product to sell or a service to provide, Cincinnatians are doing it. No matter if we need to fill our apartment with vintage books arranged in rainbow order or find the right CBD oil to get rid of this damn muscle pain, a Cincinnatian is able to help or will know someone who can.

Below, check out just a few of CityBeat’s reader and staff picks in the shops and services category from our Best Of Cincinnati 2021 issue. Read about even more winners here, and see our entire Best of Cincinnati list here.
