Madisonville is now home to a new place to buy fresh bread and pastries as popular Over-the-Rhine’s bakery Allez expands north.
Allez Bakery announced on social media Tuesday that it has officially opened its third location at 6012 Madison Road. Owners Thomas McKenna and Patrick Hague said in November that the third location had been in the works for “four years.”
McKenna and Hague say both the Allez cafe and bakery in Over-the-Rhine will keep their same hours, with the Madisonville location open during the same time: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. They’ll look to broaden the Madisonville location’s offerings once operations normalize, but to start, the bakery will have bread, pastries and coffee.
“We have no pars to go by and we have always aimed to keep loss at a minimum, so please be patient as we learn our new steps to this dance,” McKenna and Hague shared in an Instagram post. “Looking forward to sharing the space and sharing a table with you all!”
