Grab the fam and join the Easter Bunny this year at Hotel Covington for some festive egg hunts for the kids and a gourmet Easter brunch served by Coppin’s Restaurant & Bar.
Brunch will be available from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 4. Reservations are requested, per the website; outdoor seating will be available depending on weather.
Executive Chef Aaron Allen and his team will be serving up ham, deviled eggs, panko-crusted mac and cheese, herb butter peas or "Tasty Toast" served with brie, almond butter, apricot purée, pistachio and oat crumble and your choice of beef-fat breakfast potatoes or fresh fruit. For dessert, look forward to some carrot cake.
Thirsty for a special holiday beverage? The eatery will have craft cocktails like the Donny Darko available, with sparkling wine, gin, lemon and carrot juice.
This year’s Easter brunch will also offer a creative menu for the kids.
Coppin’s utilizes farm fresh ingredients from local farmers as well as sustainable sourcing of meat, fish, and game in their dishes.
Two Easter egg hunts will take place — one at 10 a.m. and the other at 1 p.m. The Easter Bunny will also be hopping around to celebrate with the kids.
“Easter is a time for family and what better way to spend it together than at Hotel Covington,” says a recent press release from the hotel.
