A new wine shop is headed to the West Side.

Sayler Park Sips, a new women-owned wine shop and gathering space located at 6574 Gracely Drive, will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, Nov. 6, at 11 a.m.

The shop offers more than 40 varieties of bottled wine for purchase and serves wine by the glass on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, along with beer, cider and non-alcoholic beverages. The space is also available for private events, including customized wine tastings, showers and parties.

Amy Lind and Brittany Collins co-own the business, which began as the two realized their mutual love for wine before pursuing formal education and certifications, and then developing their business plan in 2022. From the beginning, the two had their eye on Sayler Park.

“The historic charm of the business district, welcoming and vibrant neighborhood felt like the right place to start our shop that promotes community and gathering,” Lind said in a statement. “Wine doesn’t have to be complicated to be special. We want it to be approachable and fun. Sometimes the most memorable bottle is the one shared with the right people.”

The grand opening celebration will feature remarks from Lind and Collins, Sayler Park Business District representative Holly Maloney and Hamilton County Commissioner Denise Driehaus. Guests will also enjoy champagne, chocolates and raffle drawings.

Sayler Park Sips will also offer a monthly wine club. The “2 Sips Club,” priced at $45 per month, includes two bottles of red or white wine, while the “Full Sip Club,” priced at $90 per month, includes four bottles. Members can pick up their selections on the first Thursday of each month, enjoy a 10% discount on Wine Club selections for one year and cancel their membership at any time.

“We are so excited to bring people together to share a love of wine and invest in the Sayler Park community that is so charming and in the midst of a renewal,” Collins said. “We didn’t just want to open a wine shop, we wanted to be a part of what makes Sayler Park special. As a woman-owned business, we’re proud to take a chance on a dream, build something of our own and contribute to the heart of Sayler Park.”
