Covington’s Braxton Brewing Co. is staying cozy this winter by transforming their rooftop into an “IGLOOBAR” of rentable private igloos that you can enjoy outside while staying warm.
Beginning Nov. 5 and continuing through March 2021, the patio will feature 10 igloos, which can be reserved for two-hour increments with up to eight people per group. The reservation fee for the igloos is $30, which is applied to the “overall experience bill.”
At the time of reservation, guests can choose from food and drink packages so that they’re ready upon arrival. The brewery has teamed up with neighboring eatery Parlor on Seventh to offer a menu of tasty bites. Guests can also order from their dedicated igloo bartender during their visit. There are no minimum spending restrictions when renting the igloos.
In terms of pandemic-related safety, Braxton will be “utilizing the same strict sanitization processes and procedures under COVID guidelines that we’ve been using in our taprooms since they re-opened in May.”
