Smoke Justis will soon be the home of a new dinner event from Bourbon Women, an organization geared toward exactly what it sounds like: women who like bourbon.

The event, titled “Toasted & Tasted,” is set for Octo. 15 at 6 p.m. As part of the event, guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail, four Kentucky Peerless whiskey pours, and a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner prepared by the Smoke Justis culinary team.

Items on the menu include a smoked gouda & poblano arancini with bacon jam and poblano crema, a candied pecan salad with arugula, peach, pecan, goat cheese, onion and vinaigrette, brisket burnt ends with gouda grits, shallot and broccolini, and bourbon banana bread pudding with caramel, pecan and vanilla ice cream. Each dish will come with a whiskey pouring.

Special guest Ellie Reed, a distiller at Kentucky Peerless, will guide attendees through each whiskey, sharing insights into the distillation process, flavor profiles, and the stories behind the brand.

Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with fellow bourbon enthusiasts and members of Bourbon Women. Guests will also receive a take-home gift bag and enjoy exclusive perks from Smoke Justis and Kentucky Peerless, plus a 10% discount in the Smoke Justis bottle shop.
