East Walnut Hills restaurant Rusk Kitchen + Bar is launching a new menu ahead of the winter season and offering a way for guests to enjoy its rooftop, even throughout the colder months.
Rusk rolled out its new menu at the beginning of November and says it offers an explosion of flavors, with selections including a salmon Bahn Mi; slow-braised baby back pork ribs with Buffalo Trace bourbon apple BBQ sauce; an apple, bacon and fig salad; and a Creole campanelle pasta. It’s also added a collection of wintertime cocktails, including the Spiced Apple Cider Margarita and Spike Latte, as well as several mocktails.
And starting Thanksgiving week, Rusk will have outdoor dining igloos available to reserve.
“We are incredibly excited to introduce our new menu and the rooftop igloo experience. We wanted to create an all-encompassing experience for our guests, allowing them to relish our exceptional dishes while enjoying the picturesque rooftop views, even in the cold weather,” Sara Wilson, director of marketing and events at Rusk said in a press release.
