Karrikin Spirits Co. is turning one of their cocktail classics into a sparkling spirit, just in time for warmer weather.
Made with Karrikin’s own Blaze Agave Spirit and mixed with strawberry, jalapeno and coriander, the Un Poco Loco has been a favorite on the cocktail menu since December 2018.
Now, it’s the inspiration behind Karrikin’s latest canned, sparkling strawberry jalapeno margarita called Poco Loco.
Just in time to freshen up your spring, the sparkling spirit boasts 4.75% ABV, and just like all of Karrikin’s spirits, it’s also gluten-free. By blending Blaze with juice made from jalapenos and strawberries, the Poco Loco brings a balance of sweet and spicy.
The Poco Loco launch took place at Findlay Market Jane’s, formerly known as the Findlay Market Biergarten, from April 1-3. If you were unable to celebrate with the Karrikin crew, you can still get your hands on a Poco Loco (and any other canned Karrikin products) at your local grocery store, gas station and many bars and restaurants.
Karrikin Spirits Co. is located at 3717 Jonlen Drive, Fairfax. It is currently closed to guests due to the pandemic.
