Summer in Cincinnati is ending on a sweet note as Graeter’s releases its final bonus flavor of the season.
This year’s bonus flavors, the Bake Shop 2025 collection, was an homage to summertime nostalgia and oven-fresh baked goods featuring six flavors handcrafted in ultra-small batches using Graeter’s signature French pot method. This summer’s collection will wrap up with the rich and creamy Caramel Pecan Cheesecake starting Friday, Aug. 15.
Caramel Pecan Cheesecake features mascarpone ice cream, buttery praline pecans, caramel truffles and soft cheesecake pieces. The flavor is described as “equal parts crunchy, chewy and melt-in-your-mouth indulgent.”
“Every bite brings the perfect balance of caramel sweetness, nutty crunch, and cheesecake richness,” says Graeter’s.
Caramel Pecan Cheesecake is now available in Graeter’s scoop shops and by the pint at graeters.com. It’ll only be available for a short time at scoop shops, and once they’re out, it’s gone for the year.
Graeter’s other summer bonus flavors included Cinnamon Sticky Bun, Beast Feast — a collaboration between the ice cream maker and Kings Island — Blueberry Lemon Crumble, Pineapple Passion Sorbet and Minty Brownie.
