Zundo, Over-the-Rhine’s new hot spot for ramen, opened its doors to the public Sept. 14. The restaurant promises “soulful” ramen — a traditional Japanese dish consisting of a meat or fish-based broth, noodles and a range of vegetables and protein — to foodies in OTR. Zundo will also offer other traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern twist, like Donburi (a stew that consists of various meats and vegetables served over steamed rice) topped with eel or sashimi, plus a full bar featuring Japanese classics like sake and soju.

Zundo Ramen & Donburi is located at 220 W. 12th St., Over-the-Rhine. More info: zundootr.com.
