LaRosa's Giving Away Free Pizza When Reds Pitchers Strike Out 11 Batters

Prepare your appetite, Cincinnati — LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria promises free pizza if Cincinnati Reds pitchers can strike out 11 batters in a game.

LaRosa's revamped “Strikeouts to Slices” promotion applies to all games, both home and away, and will be honored for the first 2,000 fans who follow LaRosa’s promotional instructions.

To be eligible for the promotion, fans age 18 and up must text “REDS” to 513347 at the end of an 11-strikeout game, with the free pizza going to the first 2,000 fans to do so. The offer ends seven days after the qualifying game or once all 2,000 pizzas are given out.

According to the promotion’s official rules, winning fans will receive a coupon code for a small one-topping pizza, valued at $5.59 to $7.20. Winners have seven days to redeem their pizza offers, beginning the day after their qualifying game.
