A popular international bakery and cafe chain is celebrating the grand opening of its second Greater Cincinnati location this weekend.
Paris Baguette is now open at the Rookwood Exchange on Edwards Road in Norwood. A grand opening will be held Saturday, Jan. 25 starting at 10 a.m. While it’s the second location for the bakery cafe, the first of which opened on Fourth Street in downtown Cincinnati in 2022, it’ll be the first location for franchisee John Hong.
Hong brings with him years of real estate development and franchise brand management experience. He says he saw Paris Baguette as the perfect opportunity to introduce something fresh and unique to the community.
“I’m absolutely thrilled to expand Paris Baguette further into Ohio and the Greater Cincinnati community,” Hong said in a press release. “As a brand I grew up with in South Korea, Paris Baguette holds a special place in my heart. Now, with the right timing and opportunity, I’m excited to share this delicious, high-quality experience with my community. Our goal is to create a welcoming neighborhood café experience, where people can enjoy the best of French-inspired flavors, from buttery croissants to stunning cakes, and make Paris Baguette a beloved part of their daily lives.”
Hong also has a cafe opening in Columbus and says three more are on the way.

Paris Baguette is best known for its variety of cakes by the slice, mochi donuts and savory pastries. The bakery cafe also offers coffee drinks, breads, salads, sandwiches and wraps.
