If you’re looking for a holiday gift for your foodie friend, a Samuel Adams beer-inspired cookbook offers the chance to also give back to Cincinnati’s small businesses.

Samuel Adams’ Our American Dream Cookbook celebrates 40 years of Samuel Adams and the Boston Beer Company, as well as the entrepreneurial spirit of the country’s food and beverage small businesses and the communities that support them. The cookbook features over 100 recipes from 80 food and beverage entrepreneurs who defied convention to launch their businesses. Recipes range from lunches and desserts to drinks and more.

The cookbook was also named one of Forbes’ Best Cookbooks for Beginners in 2024.

From Black Friday through Cyber Monday, Our American Dream Cookbook will be available on Amazon for $11. Every purchase will go directly to the Brewing the American Dream (BTAD) program, a philanthropic endeavor that offers funding, mentorship and support to up-and-coming innovators. The BTAD program has helped thousands of small businesses across the country, including Cincinnati’s Arepa Place, Colonel De, Fibonacci Brewing and CookUp Catering, all of whom are featured in the cookbook.

“Our American Dream Cookbook is more than a recipe book. It’s a celebration of the community and entrepreneurial spirit that makes Cincinnati’s food scene so special,” Samuel Adams said in a press release. “This holiday season, shoppers can feel good knowing their gift gives back to the small businesses that make Cincinnati thrive.”
