Cincinnati-style chili chain Skyline is testing out an exciting new recipe, but only for a limited time — and at select locations.
Staff photographer for The Cincinnati Enquirer, Sam Greene, posted a photograph of a Dayton friend’s mac and cheese 3-way on Twitter on Jan. 31, asking Skyline if the delicacy was available in the Queen City.
My friend in Dayton just sent me this photo of a macaroni and cheese three way from his local Skyline. I have yet to see this in Cincinnati. Am I missing something, or is this abomination not available in the home market? pic.twitter.com/wuYRiYvIUs

We reached out to Skyline to find out more about the mouth-watering creation.
“Our mac and cheese 3-way is currently being tested and sold at all locations in Columbus, all locations in Dayton and at our Lima and Mansfield locations,” a customer relations representative from Skyline explained. “It is a limited-time offer in these markets.”
There is no word on whether or not the dish will make its way back to the Queen City…but we can certainly dream.
