These Greater Cincinnati Restaurants Are Offering Christmas Carry-Out

Don't feel like making dinner this Christmas? No problem. These Greater Cincinnati restaurants are offering special holiday take-out meals so you can enjoy spending time with your family instead of spending time cooking in the kitchen.

Note: It's better to plan these things in advance, so if you know you want carry-out, place your order ahead of time. Many restaurants have ordering cut-off dates.

Bee's BBQ
Bee's BBQ is offering three different, pre-cooked proteins ready to heat and eat: smoked whole-beef brisket ($175); barbecue-rubbed or traditional-rubbed turkey breast ($75); or a smoked ham with barbecue rub and bourbon and brown sugar glaze ($75). The brisket will feed 10-12 people and the ham and turkey will feed 8-10. They also have housemade sides including mac and cheese, collard greens and cornbread. Dear Restaurant & Butchery
Hyde Park's Dear is offering an a la carte take-home menu with meats, sauces, sides and specialty desserts. Opt for a turkey cushion ($150), porchetta ($30 per pound with a 3-pound minimum), prime rib roast ($108 per pound) or beef tenderloin roast ($99 per pound) as your main. Sides include dressing/stuffing, cider-braised apples and slow-cooked greens. deSha's
The restaurant is offering two different dinners: a traditional ham option ($25 per person) or a prime rib dinner ($30 for 10 ounces; $34 for 14 ounces). Pre-order by Dec. 22 for pick-up Dec. 23 and 24 for the heat-at-home ham or after 3 p.m. Dec. 24 for hot-and-ready carry-out for either. Clyborne's
These Christmas meal kits feed 4-6 people and a gluten-free option is available. Select between a pineapple-and-brown-sugar-glazed ham or herb-marinated turkey breast. Sides include mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, macaroni and cheese and more. Add on a breakfast casserole for $30. All items are pre-cooked and ready to reheat. Crown Republic Gastropub
Crown Republic is offering both full meal kits and a la carte options. Select either a lasagna bolognese kit ($85), a maple ham-style pork loin ($95) or prime rib-style New York strip ($145). Each combo feeds 4-6 people and comes with sides and a choice of dessert — either a butter cake or mama's cookie. Order dishes like shrimp cocktail, oysters Rockefeller or baked mac and cheese separately. They also offer wine pairings. Fausto
The Ferrari brothers do Christmas. Head to the Fausto website to order a meal kit with  "Fausto’s Famous Roasted Gerber Farms Chicken," an green salad, honey-braised carrots and local roasted potatoes. Each meal costs $70 and feeds 2 people but you can up the quantity.  There's also an option to add things like Allez bread and brown butter, an entire chocolate tart and cocktails for two. Forno and Via Vite
All of Chef Cristian Pietoso's eateries are offering take-and-bake five-layer lasagna with bolognese sauce and béchamel. The options are small, which serves 4-8 people for $79, or large, which serves 8-12 people for $155. Orders must be placed by 9 p.m. Dec. 22 for pick-up between 2 and 5 p.m. Dec. 24. The Governor
Go Italian with The Governor's Feast of the Seven Fishes. Lucius Q has joined forces with Avril-Bleh and Revel OTR for a holiday combo meal. There are offering slow-smoked ham, sides, pie and wine pairings. Grab a whole ham for $159.99 (to serve 30+), a half ham for $89.99 (to serve 15) or a quarter ham for $49.99 (to serve 8). Sides, including mashed potatoes, green bean casserole and corn bread stuffing, are available by the gallon, half gallon or quart. Add on bread, dessert, sides of sauce and wine. Midwest Best BBQ and Creamery
Select either a family meal or a la carte options. Get a ready-to-bake meal centered around smoked ham or smoked turkey to feed 5 people for $95.95, 10 people for $175.95 or 20 people for $355.95. The meal includes green beans, roasted red potatoes, mac and cheese, apricot-glazed carrots, sweet potato souffle and rolls.
