If you hate Nickelback you may want to stay Far Away from Riverbend this September.
After “overwhelming demand” (sure, sure), the band everybody loves to hate (you Animals) added 16 dates to their new Get Rollin’ tour, including — lucky us — a stop in Cincinnati on Saturday, Sept. 30. Country singers Brantley Gilbert and Josh Ross will also be joining the Canadian rock band on tour.
We don’t know why you’d need this information, but This is How We’ll Remind You: Tickets for the concert go on sale Tuesday, June 13 at 10 a.m., with artist presale starting this Friday at 10 a.m. You can buy those at Ticketmaster.com or Riverbend.org.
And if you want to be real Rockstars, VIP packages and experiences will also be available, including premium tickets, an invitation to the pre-show High Times VIP Lounge, specially designed Nickelback gift item, early entry into the venue and more.
Nickelback is touring in support of the first album they’ve released in five years, Get Rollin’, which debuted at No. 2 last November across the Current Rock, Alternative, Hard Music and Digital Album charts. The press release describes the album as a “thrilling soundscape of adventure, nostalgia and emotional exploration,” which we will all hate in public but jam out to in the car unironically when we’re alone.
