Tom Denhart, owner of Hart Realty, is liquidating most of his low-income housing empire through federal bankruptcy court.
Last year, Denhart filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for 25 of his partnerships, accounting for 201 buildings and 1,089 apartments. His vacant lots and buildings are part of the sale.
Denhart declined to comment on the condition of this building.
