Police in Cincinnati suburbs are about two and a half times more likely to arrest African-Americans than people of any other race, according to a USA TODAY and Cincinnati Enquirer analysis. That disparity is far more dramatic in certain communities; blacks are 12 times more likely to be arrested in Sharonville, seven times more likely in Norwood and five and a half times more likely in Blue Ash and Reading.
