Greg Warren returns to his adopted hometown this week for a series of shows at the Funny Bone. Over the years, Warren, a St. Louis native and former P&G employee who started his stand-up career here, has made audiences laugh with his caricatures of his family and friends. These days he’s more reflective. “I’m talking less about the past,” he says, “and more about what’s happening to me now.” So instead of imitating an uncle or his old wrestling coach, Warren discusses the interactions he’s having with people and situations in the present. And living in New York helps.
