Harvest Home Fair

Harvest Home Fair

More than 150 years ago, a farmer held a fair in Green Township to celebrate his harvest. Now, that same fair is not only still alive but the “biggest little fair in Ohio.” Spanning four days, the Harvest Home Fair is back to revel in another successful growing season and the transition to fall. The fair opens with an annual parade and a one mile run Thursday, followed by horse shows; live music; baking, canning and art exhibitions; rides; a hobby show; and more (including fair food: hot dogs, pulled pork, donuts, etc.) all weekend long.

6-11 p.m. Thursday; 5-11 p.m. Friday; Noon-11 p.m. Saturday; Noon-10 p.m. Sunday. $5; free 12 and younger; free Sunday until 3:30 p.m. Harvest Home Park, 3961 North Bend Road, Cheviot, harvesthomefair.com.
