The annual dance party at downtown’s Weston Art Gallery in the Aronoff Center for the Arts is turning into one of city’s hippest, happeningest fundraising events. This year’s edition, WAG It! Warehouse Party, occurs 8 p.m.-1 a.m. Saturday in the secret, usually off-limits “underground” space behind the gallery where DJ Pillo will be creating the beats.
The event occurs on the last night of the gallery’s Disturbing Reality exhibition, and partygoers will be ushered in through a back door and taken to the otherwise-verboten area. There will also be a late-night lounge with dancing and performances styled by Joe Rigotti, multiple bars and refreshments from JeanRo Bistro.
Tickets are $30, which nets you one drink plus food. The $100 VIP ticket entitles you to four drinks plus access to the VIP lounge with its guaranteed seating and private bar. Get info and tickets at www.westonartgallery.com.
