I’m not sure, in good conscience, that I can recommend a movie with the aim of taking turkey off the Thanksgiving menu, but Jimmy Hayward (director of Horton Hears a Who! and a member of the animation departments behind Finding Nemo and Monsters, Inc.) helms the story of Jake (Woody Harrelson) and Reggie (Owen Wilson), a couple of turkeys from different sides of the fence who team up to travel back in time in order to find a suitable replacement for the great birds at the first big dinner. This plan better not work or else someone will have to go back in time to get rid of Hayward before he can make this movie. Opens wide Nov. 1. (PG) Not reviewed
