Haunted Miniature Golf

For those who enjoy the Halloween season but prefer it served with a cute pumpkin as opposed to a headless horseman, Town and Country offers the solution. The Haunted Mini Golf course allows kids of all ages to play 18 holes while listening to “Monster Mash” and the theme to Ghostbusters. Hidden in the trees are glittery flying bats and light-up eyeballs. Skeletons and tombstones can be found throughout the course. Strobe lights and fog add to the effect that you’re golfing in a graveyard, but you never feel frightened.

The course is compact, which could be problematic if a crowd showed up. But that also means that it’s easy to keep an eye on all of those little ghosts and goblins you bring along. Haunted golf occurs 8-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday through Nov. 1. For parents who might be concerned that it might be too late, the decorations are also up during the day 11a.m-8 p.m.
