LALO Chino Latino Kitchen will close at the end of the month after 10 years in business.

The final day of service will be June 27, according to a social media post made by the restaurant.

“We’ve decided to close LALO due to our family’s need for better work-life balance, reduced downtown traffic, and the end of our lease,” the social media post reads in part. “Since 2016, we’ve had the honor of serving Cincinnati our unique Latin and Asian fusion cuisine. Along the way, we’ve gained loyal guests, lifelong friendships, and an incredible team that will always be part of our family.”

Despite the upcoming closure of its full-service restaurant, located at 26 W. Court St., the family will continue its catering business across the downtown area and the Greater Cincinnati region.

The family also operates BANDITO Food Part + Cantina, which is located at 3543 Columbia Pkwy. in Cincinnati’s Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood, “where you’ll find many of LALO’s favorite dishes and familiar faces.”
