A Los Angeles County court has ordered Cincinnati’s own Nick Lachey to undergo anger management classes and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for his role in a 2022 altercation with a photographer.
According to TMZ, Nick and his wife, Vanessa, were out to eat in Beverly Hills in March of 2022 when Lachey noticed a photographer taking pictures of the couple from her car. TMZ reports that Lachey crossed the street and allegedly punched her window and called her a “p**** mother f*****.”
He later tweeted about the incident, saying, “Last night, after enjoying a great dinner with my wife and our dear friend, the paparazzi harassed us as we walked back to our hotel. I clearly overreacted. I’ve been in this game long enough to know that their antics are sadly part of the deal. Stupid of me. Done.”
“However,” the singer and Love is Blind host continued in a new tweet, “For TMZ or anyone else to say that I was violent or that I ‘got physical’ with someone is reckless and absolutely false. Once again, TMZ likes to crate (sic) their own clickbait narrative. Life’s too short, we move on.”
In lieu of misdemeanor charges, Lachey will participate in the Prefiling Diversion program.
