According to reports from the Cincinnati Police Department and Cincy Fire & EMS, a building at 151 W. Fourth St. has partially collapsed, with at least two confirmed victims. They have been transported to nearby hospitals. Cincy Fire & EMS said it was still searching for more victims and “building professionals” are on the scene to assess the stability of the rest of the structure.
