On Monday, Graeter’s Ice Cream released its fifth bonus flavor of the summer, and ‘orange’ you excited for a sorbet this time? It’s un-peel-ievably good.

Each year, the local favorite French pot ice cream maker releases several secret bonus flavors over the summer, and it has just unveiled the fifth in line: Orange Sorbet. Graeter’s describes the flavor as having a zesty citrus kick that perfectly captures the flavor of summer in each scoop.

“Orange Sorbet combines the tangy taste of fresh oranges with a smooth, sorbet texture. Each bite offers a cool, zesty sensation, making it the perfect way to savor the last days of July as we head into a new hot month,” Graeter’s said in a press release.

Each bonus flavor remains a secret until the day of its release, and will only be available for a limited time. Graeter’s says, “Once the flavor is gone from scoop shops and online, the flavor is retired for the year.”

Graeter’s first bonus ice cream flavor was Peanut Brittle, which featured a butterscotch base mixed with praline peanuts, followed by Hawaiian Wedding Cake, a decadent mix of coconut and pineapple flavors; Strawberry Lime Fiesta, a zesty combination of strawberries, lime ice cream and salty, spicy lime flakes; and the nostalgia-fueled Banana Pudding ice cream.

Orange Sorbet is available now at Graeter’s ice cream shops and graeters.com.
