This ain’t no downtown, nowhere bound, narrow-minded drag; it’s the latest Sunday Tea Dance!

If you believe in manhattans and martinis, check out this queer celebration of love, life and dance at Sartre OTR.

Decades ago, the LGBTQ community organized dances masquerading as afternoon tea for their own safety. Now, partners Richard Cooke and Marty Wagner have brought this tradition back to Cincinnati. DJs Milkshake and Ben Welham will play all the power pop anthems they can to keep your hips moving and the drinks flowing.

4-7 p.m. Sunday. Free. Sartre, 1910 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine, facebook.com/teadancecinci.
